Carnivores of Yuma: All-You-Can-Eat Meat, Served Brazilian-Style
May 10, 2016 | western
At Carnivores of Yuma, the supply of meat is basically bottomless, so come hungry. Served in traditional Brazilian style, the wait staff slices fresh, tender meat right from the skewer onto your plate at Carnivores of Yuma. You just pay a flat fee for an all-you-can-eat meal for two, four, or six, then signal when you want a server to stop with his or her skewer. Bacon-wrapped turkey, kielbasa, pork, barbecue spare ribs—expect to see them all weaving around the restaurant.
If you don't think you can stomach more than one cut of meat, skip the all-you-can-eat option and order a burger or sandwich instead. You'll still get the opportunity to savor succulent, perfectly seasoned meats, like the gyro, pulled pork, and filet mignon (the latter is repurposed as a Philly cheesesteak).
