Duron’s El Zarape Grill: Don’t Miss The General, a Steak Quesadilla Earning Raves

Rosalia Ochoa grew up dreaming about working in the kitchen at her very own restaurant. The daydream started at a very young age; she was only 8 when she first started learning how to cook Mexican fare. It was during the 1930s Gold Rush, and she sold the fresh food to people looking for their big break.
Her own would come much later, when her children eventually opened their own Mexican restaurant in homage to her: Duron's El Zarape Grill. They continue to carry on the family tradition by crafting dishes like the popular General app. It consists of a massive steak quesadilla stuffed to bursting with beans, jack and cheddar cheese, and green chile strips, all roasted and smothered with grilled onions. Nosh on the General before you dig into a larger burger, torta, or dinner entree at Duron's El Zarape Grill.
