Jector’s Burritos: Have Mexican Food for Breakfast
September 17, 2015 | western
There's no wrong time to eat a burrito—at least not at Jector's Burritos. Starting a 5 a.m. every morning (except for Sundays, when it opens at 6 a.m.), Jector's chefs begin dishing out massive burritos at just $4.25 apiece. Billed as "the greatest burritos ever," the breakfast eats come in many different versions. If you're feeling extra hungry, order the Ultimate with sausage, ham, bacon, potatoes, eggs, and cheese. Or try the Supreme, filled with bacon, beans, potatoes, eggs, and cheese. Other breakfast burritos showcase quirky ingredients like hot dog and spam.
If you come for lunch, there's a whole new roster of burritos at the ready. Dig into a carne asada burrito, filled not only with the tender meat, but also cabbage, beans, and pico de gallo. Or opt for the red chile with pork, beans, and rice. If you're not a big burrito person, quesadillas, tacos, and tostadas are also on the menu at Jector's.
