Prison Hill Brewing Company Beers Give New Meaning to ‘Locally Sourced’
June 9, 2015 | western
If you've never had the opportunity to try pineapple cider, then it's probably time to visit Prison Hill Brewing Company in Yuma. The popular brewpub pours beers that have been crafted in-house using a seven-barrel system. This means that they travel just a few feet from vat to tap to pint glass, resulting in extremely fresh brews.
The pineapple cider comes highly recommended, but always take a good look at the tap list when you arrive in order to weigh your options. It might include brews such as Prison Hill Devil Dog India Brown or Repeat Offender Session Pale Ale, depending on the season. Don't fill up on booze, though, because Prison Hill Brewing Company also dishes out some tasty pub grub, according to reviews. The pulled pork sandwich is particularly well-received.
